Best Cell Phone plan for New York City?

Hi -

I'm wondering if there are any NYC users out there who can recommend a great plan, a provider that gets great coverage, won't screw them over on a plan, and a brand of phone.

I should add that I'm currently a Cingular user, and they don't seem like anything to write home about. Hated Verizon, but those are the only two I have firm opinions on, based upon my own use.

Stick with Cingular and be patient. Once they have recovered from the depths of the hostile takeover of at&t...the plans should change a bit.

I have Tmobile for over 3 years havent had a problem with them. It seems to work prety much everywhere
