Best car chase in a movie...

That's a belter, and I like the film too. The car chase does seem little more than a cherry picking of the best bits from Bullit and The French Connection though. :D

Not that this is a bad thing. Seeing big rubbish noisy American cars hammering round city streets is a joy to behold.
 
LMFAO great description. It surely can't be classed as a classic chase sequence for the mere fact that it practically copies Mad Max II scene for scene. :D
 
Yeah Blues Brothers car chase is Epic. As is pretty much all the main chase scenes in the Mad Max trilogy, particularly the second movie when Mel's in the huge truck. Those stuntmen are mad b@starRAB :D

As disappointing as the movie was I'd have to say the bike/car scene in Matrix: Reloaded. Stunning on the big screen.
