Best camera phone under $300 for t-mobile?

I'm looking for a camera phone that will work on T-Mobile and don't want to pay more than $300. Image quality is a priority. Any recommendations?

I know you said under 300$, but for 316.15 or maybe less somewhere else, you can get the best all-around 3MP camera in the Samsung d900.
