Think twice before buying a CD in Gaithersburg Best Buy Stores. If it's faulty or inoperable....SORRY you're stuck with it! I bought a CD, walked to my car in parking lot and guess what..CD had scratch on it and skipped beats. I tried returning it for an exchange or refund.. I was literally told that it was my CD..good or bad, I had bought it, paid for it and walked twenty feet to my car with it..it was therefore my merchandise good or bad! I have bought stuff from Best Buy in the past, but I was so disgusted with the incident that I left the CD and told them to consider it a donation to their lame service and will never step there again! Okay, so it was only $5.99, but hey, it was my $$$!!! The manager even came up with a new lamer excuse..."our location is better than most"....yeah that's great!
 
I've seen several Best Buys do some pretty shady stuff with their customers. Best Buy isn't the only place to shop, and most other electronic stores have a price matching policy.
