Best Buy Starting Investigation Into me!?

Okay I am the type of person who if I am going to spend over $1,600 dollars on a tv that tv better be in great 100% condition new okay, I also notice anything thats wrong with something new even if its super little and because of that Best Buy told me they were doing a fraud investigation with me because i have returned over 8 tv's they think I am taking them out of the box and keeping parts or switching them out and I HAVE NEVER AND WOULD NEVER DO THAT! So this last tv the 8th tv i have gotten has a very noticeable big mark with the clear coat missing on a brand new tv!! So i tried to return it today and i got it yesterday and they told me they think i did it and wont return it and also told me because of all the tv's i have returned they are having someone from there investigations department to look at the tv i got before the new one i got with the messed up clear coat and if i have opened up the tv and did something....What should i do they said they will call me in a week but i did nothing its crazy i am only 20 and my gf is only 18 it took us a long time to save money for a new tv and its not right that they keep selling us crap! Am i in trouble i did nothing wrong....
