Best Buy calls police to control PS3 crowd/riot

In Fresno, CA saw on news that best buy called police on crowd waiting for 39 PS3 "tickets" which I guess are vouchers for tommorow. I'm not sure what exactly triggered it but video showed a crowd of 200 rushing the door, and pushing/shoving going on including with police. Only 1 person arrested I think, 20 police cars showed up.
