Best buffets in Vegas?

I've heard the Rio buffet is amazing, but is a long wait. I've also heard the Sterling Sunday brunch at Bally's is good too, but spendy. Any other recommendations? I'd love to hear your opinions. Thanks!

First, have an amazing time in Vegas! I loved it. Not just the gambling but walking the streets taking everything in, watching all the many different people and just going through all the hotels both on the Strip and Downtown. If you gamble any, Good Luck! I tended to always do much better at the Golden Nugget which is located Downtown even though I was staying at a hotel on the Strip.

I experienced the massive buffets at the Golden Nugget, the Luxor (where I was staying), The MGM Grand, and at New York, New York and all were out of this world with tons of different items to choose from and all pretty much had food from every type (like Mexican, American, Italian, etc.).

But everyone has their own individual tastes and likes/dislikes so just pick one and go for it!

Rio has been rated number one on the Travel Channel. In a review of the city. And it is very good.
Also, if you have access to a car, the new M Resort on S. Las Vegas Blvd. It is maybe 7 miles south of the resort corridor. IT is a great place. They also give free wine and beer with your meals. It is very good. I used to drive a cab, and many tourists agreeded with me, that it is a wonderful place to enjoy a buffet meal.
Even if you have to take a bus, 30 minutes one way and you will not regret the trip.
