Best books to use for AP test prep?

Anyone know the best books (ex.kaplan, princeton review, or barrons etc.) For the following APs?

-Environmental
-US
-Spanish
-English
-Stats

Are there any on this list that you dont suggest getting a review guide for? Thanks!!
