what is the ultra best bike manual that you can buy that will explain in the most intricate detail how to fix, repair, maintain and put together a bicycle?

to be honest you can read every book out there and still not be clear on how to do things. the only way to learn is by hands on eexperiance. there are schools for this, such as united bicycle institute or barnetts bicycle school. one of the best investments you can make is a bicycle repair stand, so you can easily work on your own bike. you will learn the most this way. and you can even build your own stand if your handy enough and short on cash...good luck!

oh and sheldon browns website is a really good reference too...
