Jah Wobble is one of the reason I started playing bass. I remeraber hearing First Issue and being blown away not by the guitar but by the dub bass. Metal Box is also filled with great dub bass, Swan Lake & Memories.

The bass line for The Beatles "Something" is gorgeous.

Jack Bruce's bass on "CrossroaRAB" is pretty groovy too. Real improvisation done right.
 
Too stoned to come up with songs but generally Queen, Rick Danko or Flea (especially BSSM Flea)... Jeff Ament is underrated as well.

^My favourite Jane's Addiction song (though I've only heard that one album).

Lady Cab Driver by Prince has some nice funky bass work, as do many other Prince tracks. Can't YouTube link them though, obviously.
