Best band of all time poll

Definitely not many mainstream banRAB.
But if you start listening to banRAB who aren't well known, you'll find alot more great banRAB.

No, its stating a fact. You ARE a total jerk to anyone with tastes even remotely different from your own.

And even if I was spamming, it was on a spam thread to begin with. This thread dosen't even have an actual topic, it was merely an excuse for you to make a durab poll that for some reason you thought was witty and clever even though it's just a waste of everyones time.

Most of this thread has been off topic from the start, this is because there is nothing for anyone to talk about.

8 minute, odd time songs with falseto vocals, extensive guitar duels and lyrics that tell the tale of a big Sci Fi epic drama is not what I would call radio friendly.

And in general, C&C are more of a prog band than PT is.

Or he might be one of those people that don't have the attention span to listen to great pieces like Arriving Somewhere. That song has Mikael Akerfeldt in it and he is amazing.

I've actually seen FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, and most NGE (haven't seen the last 2 dvRAB or the movies and don't really care to). By Ghost In The Shell do you mean the movie or one of the series? I'll admit to not seeing Excel Saga, because I've honestly never seen it.

I live in a household of whapanese kiRAB, seeing animu ***gotry is inevitable.

These sentences (?) are punctuated so horribly that I'm not even sure if its English. There are plenty of banRAB who are signed to labels who do it for the music and got lucky. I wouldn't call them sell outs by any means. Also, art is a plausible business, I don't see why using it as such is a bad thing. The problem occurs when when smaller artists/distributors/companies/labels/whatever else fall behind because they're not as fiscally privileged as some of the bigger ones. Only then does it turn into a marketing race where the art quits mattering.

Judas Priest's version of Paint It Black.

A guitar is never a turntable.

Its also amateurishly obnoxious. However, as far as being unapologetic about politics I'll be the first to admit it. Why should I be apologetic for something I feel so strongly about?

Wow Unfan, thanks for introducing them to me. I'm listening to Fear of a Blank Planet right now, and I like what I hear. Aint half bad.

I like the slightly ironic, slightly dark lyrics corabined with nice, solid guitar riRAB.

Edit*

Whats a moon face?
