You can't make anyone have a best answer. The best answer is chosen by providing as much knowledgeable detail to the person who asked the question. We're not all right all of the times and that decison making of best answer is left up to a vote or chosen by the asker. This is done by hitting the big blue link under each answer that says "best answer."
you have to wait for a certain amount of time and then go back to your question and there's a button under each answer that says "choose as best answer"

You would have to choose the answer to your own question. However, if there's a question in voting, you can vote for which answerer you would like to win.
