Pacey/Joey (Dawson's Creek)-These two are definitely my top two favorite of all time. Right now PJ are more my number one, but MerDer were my number one before them and i love MerDer scenes whenever we get them. So these two. LOVE THEM

The Doctor/Donna (Doctor Who)-"That was a two way biological medi-crisis." "Part Human...Part Time Lord. Oh yes!" These two have a wonderful friendship. The best of friends and they had "The best of times"

James/Lily (Harry Potter)
Harry/Luna (Harry Potter)-In a friend way. I really love them and their friendship.
Walter/Astrid (Fringe)-These two are just...aww. Very good friendship.
Claire/Ted (Six Feet Under)-Even though he was a republican, Ted was actually a good guy and good for Claire. He was like her total opposite, but was great with her.
Worst:
JOEY/DAWSON (Dawson's Creek)-I cannot stand these two. They make me want to stick pin needles in my eyes just so i can be blind and don't have to look at them, and also somehow make myself go deaf as well so i don't have here this and this and that and blah blah BLAH!

Pacey/Andie (Dawson's Creek)-Although its more i just don't care much about them. I don't hate them, just don like them either.
Izzie/Life (Grey's Anatomy)- Can't stand her. At all. She annoys me to no end. I actually love Alex and i like him when he is with her (Or anyone) so i'm not going to say him, just Izzie in general. And every guy she's with.
The Doctor/Any woman other than Rose (Doctor Who)
Dan/Vanessa (Gossip Girl)
Nate/Life (Gossip Girl)-Gah, he is so annoying.
Peter/Walternate (Fringe)-He might be his biological father, but he isn't his real father. This man is evil! lets just thank the writers for not making Peter that way.
Nate/Brenda (Six Feet Under)-I love these two on their own. They are so awesome and they kick ass, but when they are together: Total disaster.
Nate/Lisa (Six Feet Under)-Love Nate. Lisa is annoying, whiny, and clingy. Although i felt really bad when she died. It made for some great Nate scenes. Even though she had been having an affair for who knows how long.
Ruth/Every guy she was with after Nathaniel died (Six Feet Under)-This poor woman had a rough go of things when it came to choosing her men. Although from the scenes we got of Ruth and Nathaniel, i think they were great together and if he had lived in the series for more than two minutes, i think they would have made a great couple.
