I would say get the kicker 1500.1 and that push them with no problem at all and you probably find that amplifier in your price range.

i just bougt 2 kicker 12" l7 which are 750 rms each im still trying to find what amp would be best for them???? any ideas??? trying to keep a no more than 350 dollar budget

It's hard to power something 1500w for less than $350 but it's possible. If these subs are single 4 ohms each then I suggest getting a hifonics BXi2608d monoblock amplifier that costs exactly $350 online. It can push these at 2 ohms 1600w RMS. If each subwoofer is dual 4 ohms then you can go cheaper and get the hifonics BXi1608d amplifier which pushes the subs at 1 ohm 1600w RMS as well. This amplifier only costs $220 online and saves you a lot of money. Hifonics specializes in amplifiers so these are built to be abused and will last you many years in the future. As a reference I've had my Hifonics BXi2008d amplifier pushing two MTX 9500's at a rated 2179w RMS at 1 ohm. Great sounding, stays cool, never cuts off. Also comes with a bass remote so you can turn your subs down when the police roll by! Good luck!
