yes i have to agree..They are certainly good at what they do, and Dave Grohl hasn't let success get to his head. But they never did anything totally different, or were that darring or anything special.

I liked what Krist Noveselic did with Sweet 75 more, even if technically it wasn't as good.

*off subject*

ever see that music video where dave grohl and jack black dress up as chicks in a sleazy motel room and going at it?

i will dave grohl that he has a great sense of humor

Basically what this poll states is that Oasis are better than the Beatles, Christ imagine the size of Noel's head now.

Mentioning The Sex Pistols and the Clash in the same list without the inclusion of the Ramones discredits the entire list, you brits sure love your generic music

What I mean is that it has a wide range of influences and it has more of the urgency of their earlier material.

there`s a link for it here ...

I love magazines like this, they do this every year, how do they come up with a new greatest album of all time each year?

It's completely non-genuine.

And haha to Oasis beating David Bowies album, even Radiohead beats Oasis.

Well he didn't say that, I think he meant that Nirvana had an awful influence on music, which is why we have horrible banRAB like Nickleback today.

You should try their earlier stuff. It seems alot less forced than the stuff on Night At The Opera.

A Night At The Opera is only mentioned because MCR have name dropped as an influence on their new album.

On the subject of the Libertines. I think Up The Bracket is a fairly good album.

As for Pulp, Different Class is a brilliant album. It would have aged better if it had not been stamped with the Britpop tag.

ooh, lets start a personal argument to appease our grandiose ego shall we?
f*ck off.
Id take Fozzy over Gaydiohead any day of the week.

Pixies>>>>>>Nirvana>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Foo Fighters
fact, mother fuckers.

I mean if we're going to say what should be on the list we should do it right

Wire-Pink Flang
Descendents-Milo Goes To College
Rites of Spring- S/T
Sunny Day Real Estate- Diary
Swing KiRAB- Discography
Saetia- A Retrospective
Meat Puppets-II
Pixies-Doo Little
Big Black- Atomizer
Slint-Spiderland
Husker Du-Zen Arcade
Radiohead- OK Computer
Black Flag-Damaged
Nick Drake-Pink Moon
Catch 22-Keasby Nights

Those are the 15 of the most influential albums of the past 30 years . I don't have a doubt in my mind that they are.

And what I mean is shut up, Raine. Foo Fighters aren't better or more influential than Nirvana.\

Edit: this doesn't make as much sense anymore because it's a little out of context now damn you defend your castle.
