Best acoustic songs that no-one knows about?

The album version is a bit more chaotic but, if anyone knows how to bring out middle eastern influences through an acoustic it's Sir Richar Bishop.

This is nothing short of brilliant.

I have an album full of The Cure going acoustic and although the song doesn't really drift from the original, I still love the elegant simplicity. It was also the wedding song when I was best man at my frienRAB wedding:

The acoustic version of While My Guitar Gently Weeps is quite unknown, even though it's far superior to the "original".
