so, i wanna lose some weight in my abs, i've been subtracting about 600 calories from my usual intake, so know ive limited myself to 12 or 1500 per day. I workout with weight training exercises, sometimes cardio, but i usually get the cardio in school during PE. the place i really wanna target is my lower and upper abs,(a little on my thighs too) so any good exercises on how to slim them down? 
please don't tell me to take diet pills.
because that isn't an option.

i can't eat every 2-3 hours because i have school.
and iu usually eat something like yogurt for breakfast, school lunch, snack, workout, then dinner.
i repeat.
