best abdominal exercises?

so, i wanna lose some weight in my abs, i've been subtracting about 600 calories from my usual intake, so know ive limited myself to 12 or 1500 per day. I workout with weight training exercises, sometimes cardio, but i usually get the cardio in school during PE. the place i really wanna target is my lower and upper abs,(a little on my thighs too) so any good exercises on how to slim them down? :D

please don't tell me to take diet pills.
because that isn't an option.
*sigh*
im not starving myself.
i can't eat every 2-3 hours because i have school.
and iu usually eat something like yogurt for breakfast, school lunch, snack, workout, then dinner.
i repeat.
i.will.not.take.diet.pills.
