You might want to post this in the BST part of the forum. That way people who are selling phones can help you out there.
The best ones at that price would be the Razors, Chocolate (1 and 2), Samsung R500, KRZR, and Rokr just to name a few.
Then it would be a phone that isn't flashed and you would have to take it somewhere to get it flashed.
