LG 55LX6500 for 1700
Toshiba 55UX600U for 1400
Samsung 55UNC6300 for 1400
Samsung LN55C630 for 1200
LG 55LD520 for 1000
Watching sports mainly. Room has a lot of ambient light, can block somewhat with blinds, but not totally. Any of the above will be a considerable upgrade from my 2003 53" Panasonic, which is nearly unviewable from late Oct to March with the blinds open (south windows), which scares me about the Samsung/Toshiba glossy screened models. But I'm considering drastic measures to block the sun while it's problematic. Thanks in advance for your help/advice.
