best 3g usb modem with all sim card supported(unlocked)?

-it should support all sim cards(idea, vodafone, docomo etc...).
-it should support gprs edge 3g and all such things

please any one suggest me a best 3g usb modem with these specifications. i came across huawei umg1831. it supports 21mbps speed. how is this modem? any other modem do u know? please reply me.
