Besides texture what is the differnce between these salts when baking? And when cooking?

Rock Salt
Sea Salt
Kosher Salt
Table Salt?

Of the four rock salt is not normally used for cooking. It has not been refined.
The other are all just the same salt. Some people claim that one tastes better than another. I can't tell the difference in taste. Otherwise is is just the texture.
