...develomentally disabled wards? Extreme violations occurred with a group home, all county agencies denied claims and retaliated. Am in desperate need of help-already spoke with 50 lawyers and since I am indigent I couldn't turn to one anyway-the ones I spoke to weren't able to help. Who or what can I get to provide justice that isn't a lawyer?
