probiotics capsules. Too much or fine? I am a 30 year old women with no health problems. I am just trying to be as healthy as I can. I searched and find out that Vitamin D3 is important, so I added this to my daily Women's multivitamin (since its not adequate) Then I added probiotics and Omega 3 pills because they are good for you. But I started to wonder, am I overdoing it? Is it possible to harm my body with too much supplements? Or is it fine as long as they are diverse?
