Belumia Nervosa? I'm writing a story and?

if you've had it or experienced it or if you know, could you please tell me if you can get help. Do you go through surgery or have to take a special medicine? Please answer, I'm writing a story and I need info :D!!!!!!!!
 
Bulemia nervosa cant be cured by surgery, most people have councelling and in extreme cases can attended a rehab clinic specialising in belumia and anorexia sufferers. hope this helps
