bellybutton sharp pain at the top area of stomach plz help?

weird sharp pain feels as if a it has a pulling effect on my bellybutton it isnt painful but feels weird kind of tickly but sometimes sharp specially at the top of my bellybutton i dont not have an outside bellybutton dont know if that helps

please tell me if this is normal or if it it could be serious enough to got to the doctors
