i have had mine done and it feels like a really hard pinch. Mine closed up on me twice due to pregnancy and surgery which forced me to take it out. Every time i got it re-done it hurt more. Make sure you clean it. The healing is very sore at first but passes. Just make sure you clean it like they instruct you to do
