You might just have to call in to have the PIN reset and while you are on the phone, you might as well add the 6131.
They will, of course, insist on speaking to the Account Holder and will ask pertinent questions to ensure that they are dealing with that person, might even ask for R00#'s as well, they did that with me at a Commercial Customers just this last week.
As the Account Holder is a Company and only certain authorized people could modify the account it became quite embarrassing.
The contact was in Cuba on vacation and I was there to add 3 HD receivers which Bell would not activate as I was NOT the contact person.
In the end, we reached a compromise, I walked around the building and gave them all 4 R00#'s, which proved I was actually there and then they agreed to activate for a period of 10 days only. The contact is back in 5, so she has to call Bell to verify, otherwise they will disable the receivers.
Bell appear to be getting a little smarter lately with things like this level of added security.
