Always works for me as long as I am not reducing the total cost of my programming.

If I downgrade, I have to call.
 
I use it on a very regular basis to add receivers to accounts etc, works 90% of the time.
 
panache70, I have the same issue as you. I can add anything but I can't drop anything unless I use the phone. I guess its Bell's way of making downsizing more difficult. It does seem to work. :(
