Bell Outage - November 13

Just wondering if anyone else has been losing signal this morning? I'm located just outside Winnipeg and as of around 1:45am on the 13th, the signal has been going in and out. Phoned my father-in-law and mother and both are also experiencing outages. Anyone else?

Same problem in Calgary - hidef receiver is getting no signal (can see guide however) but the 3100 receiver is still getting signal

Not aware of an outage but today Bell were due to more some channels from 82 to 91, maybe they turned off a transponder at a time to carry out this work.

I noticed my 5800 froze for a few minutes around 2:10PM ET today (November 14). When I hit the guide button, the guide appeared with a warning that the smart card was not inserted properly. I haven't touched the smart card in months. After a few minutes the receiver reset itself and everything is seemingly back to normal.
