If it is a prepaid one then it is probably locked to that specific network.......if you want to get it hooked up to your monthly plan then you have to either purchase an unlocked phone or purchase one through bell......Your other option (one which I have done a few times now) is just to get the make/model number of your phone and go on Ebay and purchase an unlock code for it....they are only about 3 bucks if you look around on there for a bit.....you get the code and instructons emailed to you almost immediately after purchase and they have always worked perfectly for me.
