I bought a phone from Bell on DEC. 19/09 on a 3-year contract and the bill came on my phone the next day. $150.00 for "monthly charges/other charges/taxes". I am on a $55.00 monthly plan + $5.00 texting plan. Bell online won't show me what my charges are for, and when I got my phone from Bell I paid for the phone/accessories. The contract paper says that if it is a pre-paid phone I can take it back to Bell in 15 days. If it's not a pre-paid phone I can take it to Bell up to 30 days. So can I give Bell this phone back without paying the bill? BTW I went online 3 times, and texted about 3 times. I heard of a fee for getting out of this contract. Will I get this fee if i take this phone back in 30 days? Thanks.
