Bell doesn't even know about Sports Pack 3

If you would have looked in info on the Sports 3 channels you would have seen, like the othere people posting here, that they were saying free preview until September 30th.

There was no information in the agent information sytem about those channels being offered in a free preview.

On the other hand there was a post about Discovery kids being offered in a free preview...

TodayI called TECH3 when there was no call comming in an ask them...

They confirmed that there was a free preview on Sports 3, and that the channels have been moved to Nimiq 1 for the free preview... I advised him that the channels were not unlocked as they should have been since I was not getting them whenI left to work in the morning

I came home and now the message about the free preview is now gone on the Sports 3 channels

All Familly 2 channels have the (INFO) next to the title and are unlock

The reason why I said that he was arrogant is because he was bitching about the credit they woud apply to the client, not because of clients being unhappy about not knowing what's going on, if there is a free preview or not

The fact that it is not in their documents is the part that makes me feel strange. I know a lot of you are getting the channel and the preview, but I am not too sure about this.
 
Can anyone without the Family 2 or the Sports 3 packages confirm if they are seeing those channels?
 
The channels in that package have recently been moved to Nimiq1 (91 degrees), at least for the time being.
 
Another communications breakdown
You can't really blame the CSR, as he is trying to help, but doesnt have the tools to do his job
 
I don't have either of them but family 2 theme is free view this month all of it and sports 3 is not.

my guest that it will start tomorrow the free preview for gol tv, fight network, or maybe not.
 
I taught that the comment sounded quite arrogant...

The credit will be 8$ or 5$ depending on the price the client actually pays the theme. Only clients that were suscribed to the theme between the 1 and 30th of September will receive that credit.

Since it doesn't seem that after all there is a free preview on Sports 3, and that instead it is Familly 2 that is unlocked than it's the Familly 2 suscribers that would get the credit.

Falls at a good time, I was wondering if I should take the Familly 2 theme at home or not. I wasn't sure whether the kids will like the shows playing on it, and didn't want to pay an extra 5$ for 30 days to find out. Guess I got lucky! I personnaly didn't care for Sports 3
 
There was already another thread about that free preview...as I mentionned on the other thread, there is no info in oiur system that there is indeed a free preview.

The channels have been moved to SAT91 only for the perio when we had technical issues last week. They have been moved back to SAT82 as it was before

You should be careful how you phrase things. If you say all customer who subscribe to Sports3 are going to get a credit for the month, then you should ensure you're giving the correct information.

Nemnoch if you would have read the entire thread instead of just the last fe post, and, again try to start a fight, you would have seen that I said that there was no information about neither themes being in a free preview. There was only information about Discovery Kids being in a free preview

Tired of the confusion, and wanting to inform people comming on Digital Home I decided at a period that there was no calls comming in to call TECH3. They confirmed that there was a free preview on Sports 3 and when I asked them if clients that currently suscribe to the Sports 3 theme pack will get so form of comensation the TECH 3 agent said that yes, they would get a refund of the price of the theme

I don't know if its worth mentioning to your superiors AEV, but maybe you should mention that it is not on the website, and you have been asked by a few customers about the preview

Just spoke to TECH3 to get some answers on that...

Sports 3 channels have been moved to Nimiq 1 for the lenght of the free preview only. After that period client would need to have Nimiq 2 to get it

The channels should be unlocked already, normal troubleshooting procedure applies if channels are missing

Client that usually suscribe to Sports 3 will get a credit for the amount of the theme on their bill
 
When you chose an alias like Agent Express V most will give extra credence to what you say regarding expressvu. When you call and defer to a Tech 3 a superior and one who appears to be your go to person this credence goes with it. When the **** hits the fan Its hard to swallow if one turns on a fellow employee and still stands behind their company moniker.
 
When did they start giving credits to subscribers for free previews? Gee what will one do with the extra pennies on their account!
 
To make things clear:I don't have official information as to if there is a free preview on Sports 3 right now as there is no info about it in our information system
I can not promise that there would be any credits applied to clients account as there was no information about that in our inormation system

I spoke to a TECH3 agent and HE DID confim that there was a free preview on Sports 3, that there was known technical issues and clients hd trouble getting it, andthat client that suscribed to Sports 3 during the month of September wil be credited since there was that free preview

Does it make it more clear?
