Has anyone ever got ads from Bell regarding some of their services in other then English or French?

My mother recently got two letterers one for Internet , the other for Bell TV about European packages for Greek, Italian, Polish, and Russian?

It was in Greek? When did they start doing this?

In Toronto, Bell, Rogers and many major companies have been marketing in multi-languages for years. Typically they employ ethnic ad agencies.

Very possible, and Express Vu is probably ready for it...

When I was working there they had a multi language departement we could call if we had client requesting a CSR that speaks another language than French or English. If we had no agent in our call center that spoke the requested language we were able to call that departement and they would put a note in our Multi Vu system (agent information tool) that a client request a CB in Tamil or Punjabi for example. The agent able to call the client then had to call the departement back, I belive, and the agent could call the client back. We were telling the client he would be called whithin the next 24h.

Even if that departement existed...
The call center I was at (NCO Montr

Bell Presently has two dedicated queues for Mandarin and Cantonese (like the Banks).

Bell Tv does, not sure about the other departements at Bell.

On top of that, and not mentionned in the options from the menu, they have a foreign language departement. If a client requires, for example, a Greek agent the CSR verifies if there is a Greek working that day, if not, he could contact that departement. If the Greek agent is not present at the time the CSR then tells the client someone will contact him in Greek whithin 24 hours. The agent in the foreign language departement then places a note on Multi Vu (Greek CB request) and if there's an agent speaking Greek he could ask his team leader, or his supervisor to CB the client
