Being sick is no fun.

I can't ever remember feeling really truely good. It seems like I'm always sick lately. The worst part is that all the doctors are stumped. Although, my MD is a retard. I'll go in and leave with the same answer every time. "I don't know what it is, but if it gets worse, call me and let me know." Not only that, I've gone to school with his daughters, total bitches. But that's off topic. I'm just tired of going in, being checked out, and sent home with no new answers still feeling like shit. I just wanna know what happened. I used to be the picture of health. Now my mom is just like, it's just stress. Well, that may be part of it, but I'm taking meds for stress and anxiety. So I just don't understand what's going on. Anyway, thanks for reading this thread. I just had to vent cuz i'm so tired of feeling icky.
 
I can relate. I have health issues too. The last time I went to the Dr. he said "Well, didn't figure out what is wrong, but come back in and we'll get you all fixed up." yeah, ok. How many times do I have to come in before you "fix me up"? I can't afford it. That was the last time I went to the Dr. Except when i got strep throat, but I told him what I had, he just confirmed it.
 
It's not. We've gone over that before. They do make me sick, but this is a different kind of sick. So they ruled out the possibility of it being my meds.
 
The blood work never showed anything. I go in every six months or so to check my blood sugar cuz diabetes runs in my family, my thyroid levels are checked cuz the numbers are usually high, and my cholesterol is checked. Still only dead ends though. That's why I'm so frustrated with it all.
 
I can relate. Friday I go in to have my spleen and gall bladder removed. I'll be out of commission for a few weeks, during which time I should find out what the 8 cm diameter mass growing in my spleen is. Joy...
 
It does sound like stress is probably the culprit. If you have alot of things that you have to get done maybe drop something that is taking alot of time that you are not obligated to. I had the same problem I have a horrible time dealing with stress and sometimes it really gets to me and I get panic attacks(which are scary). Try to find more time to yourself and do something that is relaxing just to get away from the world. I like to take a walk or read to relax and most of the time it works.
