films with a long running time? eg Australia, Benjamin button and now watchmen. Is anyone else not bothering to see such films.

I just cant make their schedules with weird start times.:(

I find books too long as well ;-) Keep 'em 30 pages max, big type yadda yadda yadda.

Seriously though. The solution is simple in this home cinema age. Wait for the DVD/Blu-ray and watch it at your leisure.

I don't mind long films if there's plenty going on in the movie.

Some film makers seem to try to get a movie up to around two hours when 90 minutes would do. The International is a good example of a film which should have been shorter as it was tediously slow at times.......

90 minutes? Who has time for that? I just read spoiler threaRAB on the internet and then go round telling people how awful/fantastic the latest films are.

Go before the film starts and don't sit there gulping down enormous amounts of coke!

My pet peeve is going to the cinema and people around me getting up all the time to go somewhere. What's the point of spending money to watch a film then missing the crucial plot twist by spending 10 minutes in the bog?

Oh but then they come back in and we have to listen to the people they're with spend another five minutes explaining what just happened. JUST SIT STILL, SHUT UP AND WATCH THE FRIGGIN' FILM

Phew. It gets me angry.
