I LOVE skateboarding, but twice already I sprained my ankle from it. My parents were not happy... tennis is my main sport, and I do a lot of running. When I get these sprains, I cant walk or anything, so I defenetly cant run or play tennis. So I have to quit skating. What should I do? Whenever I had free time, I would skate. When I was upset, I would skate, get my mind off. When I was stressed, I would skate, and feel better. Now I can't skate... ahhhh what should I do?
