...first. no one was hurt.? My kids mom new boyfriend who is a gangmember pulled a knife on me so I pulled a bat on him. He tried stabbing but I wasn't hurt and I didn't hit him either. I'm being charged with 2 degree assault for having a bat and swing it even though I didn't hit him. What's ganna happen to me in court. I'm scared and I like to know what I'm looking at court wise? Will it get drop to a lesser charge cause know was hurt? His being charge with 2 degree assault also. What can I do to get out of this situations. Help please, need advise
