beginning web development...whats after PHP ?

so once I learn PHP (still in the process) what exactly do i need to do after ? i know i sound really clueless, but thats pretty much what i am right now (im 16)

do i need to learn how to program databases ?

if i know php should i be able to launch a full website to the web without learning anything else, or is there other programming aspect/languages that i will need to learn ?
