If u mean when we are in a sperm then yes we have a sex already chosen they r X and Y i don't remember which is male or female but yes in that form it is already chosen

I think what she means is before the sex of a baby is clear enough for us to understand during the pregnancy period, what's our sex? ...or something close to this. -At least it's what i understood-

To tell you the truth, I have no idea. I only know that the sex is determined in the 6. or 7. months of the pregnancy. You should do some research.
