before and after pics of accutane??

does anyone who has been on accutane have before and after pics? im almost done with my 3rd month, and while the acne has really calmed down to maybe 2 a week, i still have all the purple spots and my skin still looks gross(to me at least). i saw an esthitician at my derm the other day and she said i wont need dermabrasion or a chemical and that my skin will look good when its done. i just have a hard time of believing this...so if anyone has any pics they could share with me id appreciate it!!
