I have been skinny all my life and it seems that it's hard for me to gain weight.I weigh either 130 to 140 and weigh 5'7.I eat fast food everyday for lunch.I usually sleep through breakfast now.I drink a lot of mountain dew and some water.I would like to put some pounds on me but I don't know a good diet that would actually work.What would be the best thing for me in terms of gaining weight and also a good workout program for me to get back in shape?
