I'm putting this out here because I have done some research and have not found a name or a condition for what I have been experiencing. I also would like to know if there is anyone else out there experiencing the same thing.

First, this only happens during the day when I am napping, problably once or twice a month. I will go into a concious state of sleep. It starts off by me almost going into a twilight zone of like a spinning vortex. I know I am conciously aware that I am asleep this whole time. Then once I get into the dream I can either see my self from another person point of view like somone looking at me from above but usually its from my point of view. I will see myself laying in my bed but I cannot move my body as if I am paralized. I am frozen in the position I fell asleep in.

Then one of two things happen, I either leave my body and usually fly out of my bed (which might sound weird) I open my door and go into a almost dream version of reality. I will encouter the people in my house outside my door but things will be different, I can anywhere I want and do anything I want. It is actually quite fun. But somtime I question whether I am awake or really asleep so I limit what I do to what would normally happen and could happen in reality. After a while if someone wakes me up or my alarm goes off or somthing disrupts my actual sleep I will go back to my body and I am awake again. Some times though I only think I am awake but I am really in a dream within a dream. Then I get freaked out when I wake up for real.

Now this is the part that scares me somtimes. For some reason about half the time in these dreams when I first realize I am dreaming and I can see my souroundings as if it was real and I realize I cant move I will freak out and somtimes see some really scarry stuff. Like one time I saw what looked like deamons or somthing appear all around me and I was trying desperatly to force my eyes open with my fingers but I could not move. Probably the most freightening experience of my life.

I have tried doing reasearch but the closet thing I could find about this was sleep paralysis but It says that you wake up from a dream and you cant move and you have scarry visions. But mine occurs when I am actually asleep and I know I am asleep.

Thanks for reading this I know it was long, but I really want to find some answers.
