I have been doing what i think are called bicycles, where you lay on your back,lace your hands behind your head, and move your legs like you would on a bike. Well ive been doing these for about 2 weeks, i dont count i just do it until it starts burning then a few more. The problem is, havent seen any results.......I have a "beer gut" probly because in winter, all i do is sit around and i definetly dont eat healthy.
whats the best way to get a flat stomach and then ultimatly, abs? I wont do diets but i will cut back on fatty foods like fast food and cakes and ho hos and stuff lol.
I do have a nice weight lifting machie and a tredmill, i have tried to get in the routine of using the weight machine every day buy just cant get in the rythim.
