bed and breakfasts?? what are your experiences?

If you say stay for a week. Do they kick you out during the day? I want to get away and I might want to stay indoors and not have to spend too much time out. What are the rules for bed and breakfasts??
 
They vary with each one. Some will let you stay indoors during the day, others want you out so they can clean the room. Usually you can tell the landlord you'll be staying in and don't want to be disturbed.
