ok, i bought gym stuff for my house so i dont have to register or go out to go to the gym. im currently in my 4th month doing exercises,liftings,running. i noticed that when i carry big loads of bags or anything in my job, i noticed that im having trouble doing it.. its like i became weaker instead of being stronger. i can't even lift some things for too long. which is really a shocker because i can normally do that before i did my "gym exercise". im thinking that maybe im doing it wrong. but if u know better, i'll be glad to hear your opinion. thanks in advance!
