Although beauty is what attracts your attention, it's personality that holds it, so if you are beautiful it's irrelevant if you also have a vindictive or boring personality, because nobody will want to be with you. People who like others for looks, usually are cold-hearted themselves, so therefore it's possible this statement has been created by a person with a horrible character. Therefore it is biased. Although,beauty fades with age, but your character always remains the same. people who have a good character, usually do more to help others than those who are beautiful. Therefore, you could say without people with strong, kind charaters such as nurses, scientists, charity collceters, people who help the elderly and those who donate, our society would be in chaos.
