BBM 5.0.0.57 updates being pushed out to Rogers customers

As the subject says... BBM 5.0.0.57 is being pushed out to Rogers customers. I'm not sure how they're doing it, phases, or blanket updates...but I've had about 20-25 people within the last 15-20 minutes ask me "what's this BBM update all about?".

True, just wanted to give people the heads up that Rogers is pushing the update too. In case anyone gets blindsided by it.

I am in the midst of recovering a few BBM contact lists since the update (on some devices) is wiping their old one.
 
Hopefully this doesn't end up causing a lot of tech calls saying "my bbm contact list has disappeared, what do I do?"
 
I'm still upset that the update does not fix the problem many people are having. Once you have over 100 contacts, your status message doesn't update when you change it. A bit annoying. The leaked version worked fine, but since the official releases (and there have been a few now) it hasn't worked. Why can't RIM just fix a simple issue? Smh

I must be lucky, I'm not that popular; I only have around 35-45 BBM contacts. I need to make more berry-friends.
