BB9700 - Hotmail problem

I have had my 9700 since Dec. I havemy hotmail set up on it however its not instant. It can take up to 20mins for a message to come through.

My wife's is instant and so are a few others who use hotmail on their bolds.

Can i anyway get this issue resolved? I'm having to use gmail as a secondary email account just so that I get instant replies when I need them.

Please advise?

Try to reinstall email account trough email setting . You need delete and setup again it .

RIM is doin some changes on BIS platform, I think u should be patient til they fix their issues

- First delete your hotmail account from blackberry
- Set your home and work location from hotmail profile
- Re-integrate your email account
