Looks like T-MO customers can finally get their hands on first with new BB devices. Hopefully, the 9000 will be right behind it!!!!

I believe this phone will sell well. Many more people will be purchasing a BB who otherwise wouldn't have thought of getting a BB. Like the pearl when it first came out many criticized it. But the pearl is one of the most popular phones out there. Some say the flip phone style maybe outdated but the marketing strategy isn't. More variety that's a good thing.

WOW, BGR is really on the ball. we don't even have a whisper of that phone here. The only thing is... none of the specs list 3g.. I never bought the 7105 because it wasn't EDGE capable, So untill we launch something with 3g I ain't a gunna budge

if this turns out true, and tmobile is the first to get it, i wouldn't be suprised. tmobile would go after the flip phone and not the 9000.

this would aslo make sense because of tmobiles obsession with wi-fi, and getting the hotspot at home (forever talk) off the ground. esspecially because the 3G network that they are rolling out is gonna be voice only at first anyways, so it wouldnt really matter if the "kickstart" is not 3G.

THe specs listed don't list either 3g or wifi. so at this point the flip option is the only selling point different then what is available now. The screen size is interesting at 320X240, that is the same size as a Curve or 88xx screen, the other picture holding it open in a hand clearly shows a Pearl type keyboard. Those 2 things to add up just yet

Well I misread that page so this post as far as WIFI is WRONG. Thanks Thyth

LOL so it does, man I need glasses or something, Thanks!

Well my other piont about the screen size and the Picture of the hand holding the same phone remains valid!

I hate the flip as well, but there is definitely a market for it. Way to go RIM for broadening your horizons, and trying new things. I won't buy one but it definately makes me feel better knowing RIM isn't scared to try something different.

i wonder if it's maybe 240x320?? that would make a little more sense as far as the picture goes. meaning the screen is taller than it is wide.

Well two things. I wish people would stop saying that its voice only. Its not voice only. Its voice and data for t-mobile's 3g network. We just font have a T-Mobile data phone out for the PUBLIC. But besides that it would be a very nice addition I really like what blackberry is doing. Attracting people who font like bar phones or want a data device that doesny look like a data device. You know? It would be great if T-Mobile carried this device. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
