bb 9700 or HD2 or N1: help making a good choice

I am a user a bb and was debating between the bb 9700 or google N1 and now the HD2. I like all 3 and i'm willing to venture outside of my reliable blackberry world to test new phones.
I wonder if HD2 can perform better than the bb 9700 in term of business use and email reliability. I need help with making a choice between these 3 godd phones.

I had the 8900 then the Nexus One and now I am tempted by the HD2. I'm not sure if the Sense UI is good enough to hide lame windows mobile so I'm not sure I will be making the jump. There are things that I thought I needed but have conformed not to have on the N1 that my BB had but I wont go back to a Berry. As much as I loved it the innovation in android is enough to keep me very happy. I'm running a stock ROM ATM but couldn't be happier. But the bigger display of the HD2 is tempting yet can also be a shortfall.

My best advise buy all three until you're happy with one. I mean like me I cant really afford all but between buying and reselling the phones it doesn't put much strain on the wallet. Plus I take care of my devices so usally can get top dollar for them.

Sense on HD2 is awesome!! But I do love Android. Only reason I still use a BB is for BBM. I use activesync on HD2 and it's great. Love viewing documents on the huge screen + multitouch..can't really go wrong. Apps for Android are great though. This is why I have multiple devices because one just doesn't cut it for me lol

I believe i am setting my money on the HTC HD2 from Tmo. I'll miss my bb but time to move one to new adventures. Let's hope this phone will not disappoint me. The reason i don't choose the N1 is because of the trackball. I have enough trouble with my bb's not working right.
Any feedback?

You will find yourself never using the tracball. the only time the ball has been touched is when goofy people ask to see my phone and they just press everything. it has no real life use like on a berry.
